Rules for Using the Video Chat

This web page serves as a legal document and part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for our video chat application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). The term "Application" also includes this entire website.

Main Rules

During interactions, you may encounter unpleasant individuals who could turn the experience into a nightmare. Such encounters might make you want to abandon online communication altogether. So, how can you recognize these "trolls" and distinguish them from genuine, reasonable people?

Our video chat provides not only convenient communication tools but also features designed to help you avoid unpleasant situations. Learn to quickly identify those who are not suitable for productive conversation, ensuring that your online time is enjoyable and beneficial.

If we have reasonable suspicions that you are underage, we may request proof of your age. In such cases, you are required to provide all requested documents and information. Failure to provide this information may result in the termination of the Agreement and cancellation of your membership in the Service, with or without prior notice ("permanent ban"). Upon termination of the Agreement, your access to the Application will be revoked.

Prohibited Actions in the Video Chat Application

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• (a) Appearing naked or partially undressed on camera;
• (b) Displaying genitalia;
• (c) Touching genitalia, even through clothing;
• (d) Showing underwear;
• (e) Displaying erotic or pornographic photos/videos;
• (f) Using offensive language or insulting other users;
• (g) Turning off or covering the camera, or directing it away from your face. Your face must be visible up close;
• (h) Using still images or showing photos/videos through the camera, even if they feature you.

Any violators will be blocked. The duration of the block is determined by the Application's administration and may vary depending on the nature of the violation.

Note: Your face must be visible on camera, and other parts of your body must not be exposed. Exceptions are only allowed if you have an active Premium account.
